Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Such Is Life Skills website and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Such Is Life Skills ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Household & Child Accounts

As a parent or guardian, you may create child accounts within your household. You are responsible for all child accounts you create and for ensuring their use of the Services is appropriate. By creating a child account, you consent to the collection and processing of that child's information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & Billing

The Services are offered on a subscription basis. After an initial 14-day free trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Upload malicious content or code
• Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described therein.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Such Is Life Skills and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial family use.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your household and all associated data through Settings > Data & Privacy. We may also terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Such Is Life Skills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, regardless of the theory of liability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
